What are the prices at Singleactive?

The subscription prices are published on the Singleactive website: https://www.singleactive.ch/abonnementverwaltung

Are there separate subscriptions or different subscription prices for the dating and activity services?

No, there is only a single subscription that gives access to both services (dating and activities). The subscription price depends on the selected duration.

What payment options are available?

Subscriptions can be paid online with Visa or Mastercard, PayPal or Postcard via the secure Datatrans system. You also have the option of paying by bank transfer to our bank account: Credit Suisse, Sierre, account number 0270-1477804-21, IBAN CH30 0483 5147 7804 2100 0 in favor of Shared Emotions SA

Is online payment secure?

Yes. All payments made through our website are secured by the Datatrans payment system (www.datatrans.ch). This data cannot be discovered, intercepted or used by third parties. They are not stored on our website.

Will my subscription automatically renew when it expires?

No, not at all. 10 days before the end of the term, you will receive a message recommending that you renew your subscription. If you do not wish to renew your subscription, consider it irrelevant. Your profile will be automatically deactivated. You can reactivate it at any time later.

How can I renew my subscription?

To renew your subscription, click on “My subscription” in the “My Profile” section. Click “Update” and choose your new subscription.

Can I temporarily pause my subscription?

No, you cannot temporarily pause your subscription.

Can I get a refund?

No, subscriptions are for a specific term and are non-refundable.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You don’t have to do anything to cancel your subscription. If you don’t renew it, it will be automatically canceled at the end of the subscription period.

How do I get access to Singleactive?

You log in with a pseudonym and a password.

How can I change my password?

In the “My Profile” section, click on “My Account” to change your password.

What can I do if I forget or lose my password?

On the home page, http://app.singleactive.ch click on “Forgot your password?”.

How can I change my electronic/email address?

In the “My Profile” section, click on “My Account” to change your email address.

How do I become a member of Singleactive?

All you need to do is choose the subscription plan you want and then fill in your profile details. If you pay online, you can log in directly to Singleactive by confirming the link you received by email. If you pay by bank transfer, you will receive an activation message upon receipt of your payment.

What are the conditions for membership at Singleactive?

You must be at least 18 years old.

I haven’t received an activation email. What do I have to do?

Please check first if the message is in your spam folder. If you don’t find them there, please contact support@singleactive.ch

Messages

How can I use your messaging service?

Singleactive offers an internal notification service reserved for members of the website. To access it, click on “My mailbox” in the “Contacts” section.

How can I read the messages I have received?

In the “My mailbox” section, click on “My inbox”.

Will I receive an email notification when I receive a message?

An email will be sent to the email address specified in your account when you receive a message or contact request through the Singleactive.ch website.

How can I reply to a message?

Click on the message in the “Inbox”, write your reply and then click on “Add Reply”.

How do I delete a message?

In the “My Mailbox” section, hover over the message and click “Delete”.

Can I delete a message I just sent?

No, a sent message cannot be deleted.

How do I contact the moderator on Singleactive?

Click on “Contact Us” in the “Help” section to report any abuse or technical problem to Singleactive or to ask questions about the use of the site.

How do I end a contact and what is this feature for?

Open a member’s profile and select the “End Contact” option. You can no longer write to or contact members with whom you have ended contact on Singleactive. Your profile will also no longer appear on the blocked member.

My profile

How can I change my profile?

Visit the “My Profile” section and click on “My Profile” to update the information in your profile.

How long does it take for my changed profile to appear?

Some changes to your profile are visible immediately after saving, some changes are only published after approval by the singleactive admin.

How can I delete my profile?

You can delete your profile in the “Settings and confidentiality” section by clicking on “Delete profile”. All your information will be permanently deleted and cannot be restored or reactivated.

Will I receive a refund if I delete my profile?

No, if you delete your profile, no refund is possible.

My profile photo

How do I add or change a photo to my profile?

When you sign up, a default avatar will be suggested to you. You can add your own photo later in the “My Profile” section under “My Photo”.

Who can see my profile photo?

Only your contacts can see your profile photo. Other members can only see the default Singleactive image.

My Photo Albums

How can I create photo albums?

You can add these in the “My Profile” section under “My Photo Albums”.

Who can see my photo albums?

You decide who can see your photo albums. When creating each photo album, you can choose whether all members can see your photo album or only your contacts.

Contacts

Who can see profiles?

All Singleactive members can see the profiles of other members.

How can a profile search be performed?

To perform a profile search, click on “Advanced search” in the “Contacts” section.

How does the advanced profile search work?

The advanced profile search allows you to generate your own combinations of selection criteria. You have the option of including or excluding certain criteria in the selection and you can specify whether all these criteria must be taken into account in the display or only at least one of the selection criteria.

Here is an example :

They are looking for a man who lives in the canton of Zurich, who likes to play sports but is not interested in blues music.

You will enter the following search criteria :

I’m -> right away -> a man

Canton of residence -> equal -> Zurich

I’m interested in the following leisure activities -> right away -> Sports

What kind of music do you like -> not the same -> blues

How can I get in touch with a profile?

To get in touch with a profile, click “Add as contact” from the profile page or from the advanced search result.

Activities

What types of activities are offered?

Nine categories of activities are offered: Art & Culture, Wellness, Events, Single Parents, Gastronomy, Outdoor, Prestige, Sports, Travel.

How do I sign up for an activity?

To participate in an activity, you can register online by selecting one or more of the activities offered.

What are the payment terms for activities?

You can find information on this in our General Terms and Conditions.

Can I know which members are interested in an activity?

Yes, on the activity’s detail page, you can see the members who have expressed their interest in it.

How do I cancel my account?

You don’t have to do anything to cancel your subscription. If you do not renew your subscription at expiration, it will be automatically canceled.

How can I reactivate my account if I forgot to renew it?

To reactivate your account, log in to https://app.singleactive.ch with your pseudonym and password, then choose your new subscription.
